Walk for Wellness: A Mental Health Awareness Walkathon!

🚶‍♂️🌟 Feeling stressed? Lace up your sneakers and come take a WALK FOR WELLNESS this Tuesday, September 10th, from 11am-2 pm as part of #RUOKAY Week! 🌟 

This isn’t just a walk—it’s a fun-filled journey to raise awareness and better mental health! 

Meet us at the Chemistry Building on Eastern Avenue, grab a map, enjoy lots of freebies, and start walking!

As you walk, you'll encounter MANY interactive activities:

Wear It Purple Day is about creating a more inclusive world for LGBTQIA+ youth. By wearing purple, you're sending a powerful message of support and acceptance to rainbow youth.
