Carbon Literacy Training | Being Carbon Literate means having “an awareness of the carbon dioxide costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis” (Carbon Literacy Project, 2023). Carbon Literacy Training (CLT) at the University of Sydney offers staff and students the chance to develop fundamental awareness of climate change, offering a starting point for making real change in the way we tackle the climate crisis. Delivered across a full-day session, this short course will be offered monthly between August - December, with alternating sessions available either in-person at Camperdown Campus or online via Zoom. This opportunity is open to all current students and staff at the University of Sydney. Spaces are limited, so register now. Deadline to register is 2 weeks prior to each session. If the session is full, you will be placed on a waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be informed via email.
