Welcome Fair 2026 is a one-stop Late Welcome Fair, hosted by the Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association (SUPRA) , with the Sydney University Students’ Representative Council (SRC) joining, and open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Connect & Get Informed

• Get involved with peak student organisations SUPRA and the SRC – learn how student representation works, how to volunteer, and how to contribute to the campus community.
• Learn how to access free, independent legal and casework support.
• Equity networks and advocacy – women’s communities, queer communities, international students, satellite campus students, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and students with disability, alongside dedicated networks for HDR candidates and students with carer responsibilities
• Key university services – learn where to go for support, including Student Life, Wellbeing and other essential services

 

For Fun

• On-site, small-group guidance for new students – even if you come alone, Fair Ambassadors will form groups on the spot and help you get started.
• Stamp passport prize draw – collect stamps around the fair to enter the draw to win a Nintendo Switch 2.
• Photo booth, Games and music throughout the day.
• Free BBQ and pizza.
