University life can be exciting but also stressful, especially when you’re managing studies, work, relationships, and being far from home. Taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.
This workshop is all about finding balance and knowing where to turn when things get tough. In this workshop, we will be discussing:

Techniques to manage your life better

Stress management techniques you can use throughout the semester

Health and wellbeing services on campus

When and how to seek help
We’ll also be joined by Peer Support Advisors (PSAs) and a special guest speaker and finish off the session by enjoying afternoon tea together.
