Walk for Wellness: A Mental Health Awareness Walkathon!

🚶‍♂️🌟 Feeling stressed? Lace up your sneakers and come take a WALK FOR WELLNESS this Tuesday, September 10th, from 11am-2 pm as part of #RUOKAY Week! 🌟 

This isn’t just a walk—it’s a fun-filled journey to raise awareness and better mental health! 

Meet us at the Chemistry Building on Eastern Avenue, grab a map, enjoy lots of freebies, and start walking!

As you walk, you'll encounter MANY interactive activities: 

1. TRIVIA at Fisher Library 📚  

2. BINGO at the Quad 🤓 budget

3. Pasta Pictograms and POLAROIDS at Courtyard Café 🎞️ 

4. CREATING ART in the Graffiti Tunnel 🎨 

5. Mini Sports Game at The Square 🏀 

6. BBQ snags and snacks at the Lawn 🌭  

So, come for the walk, stay for the wellness, and leave with a full heart… and stomach!
