Walk for Wellness: A Mental Health Awareness Walkathon!
Feeling stressed? Lace up your sneakers and come take a WALK FOR WELLNESS this Tuesday, September 10th, from 11am-2 pm as part of #RUOKAY Week!
This isn’t just a walk—it’s a fun-filled journey to raise awareness and better mental health!
Meet us at the Chemistry Building on Eastern Avenue, grab a map, enjoy lots of freebies, and start walking!
As you walk, you'll encounter MANY interactive activities:
1. TRIVIA at Fisher Library
2. BINGO at the Quad budget
3. Pasta Pictograms and POLAROIDS at Courtyard Café
4. CREATING ART in the Graffiti Tunnel
5. Mini Sports Game at The Square
6. BBQ snags and snacks at the Lawn
So, come for the walk, stay for the wellness, and leave with a full heart… and stomach!
