Increase your sustainability skills by learning how to preserve fruits and vegetables - reduce your food waste, and turn your less-than-fresh produce into fancy artisanal preserves!

In this workshop, you'll learn the skills to keep produce shelf-stable for up to a year, and go home with a jar of preserves. Come as you are, dress for a mess, and get ready to jam (and pickle) out!
