Pathways in Public and Global Health

Student Life Grants

Join us for a conversation exploring where you could go with a career in public and global health 🌍

Learn about undergraduate and postgraduate opportunities, build connections at our industry marketplace and hear from emerging leaders and experts in the field at our panel discussion! The panel discussion will be followed by networking with light refreshments.

Facilitated by Professor Jaime Miranda (Head of the School of Public Health, The University of Sydney), our panel will reflect on their experiences and answer your burning questions about all things public and global health. Our invited panelists include:

  • A/Professor Rohina Joshi (Honorary Appointee, The George Institute of Global Health)
  • Ms. Ellen Rawston (Executive Director of PRISM, Agency of Clinical Innovation, NSW Health)
  • Dr Melina Georgousakis (Founder, Franklin Woman)
  • Dr Michael Doyle (Senior Research Fellow, Central Clinical School, The University of Sydney)
  • Mr. Yuan Ni (PhD Candidate, The Daffodil Centre, The University of Sydney)

This is a hybrid event – you can elect to attend in-person or over Zoom!

Hosted by the School of Public Health Student Leaders, with the support of Student Life Grants 2023, the School of Public Health and the University of Sydney.
