FASS Postgraduate Welcome Program

The Postgraduate Welcome Program is your opportunity to learn essential orientation information about starting your studies from our experts at the Postgraduate Information Session, meet your Postgraduate Coursework Coordinator (who is a senior academic that can advise you throughout your studies) at the Welcome Reception, and be connected with other new students in your area of study and your Postgraduate Student Mentor, who is a senior student in your course.

There are two events as part of the Postgraduate Welcome program, an Information Session (held in-person and streaming live online) and a Welcome Reception (in-person). Students in Sydney should attend both events. Students outside Sydney should attend the Information Session.

Fun, food, & friends | A Pop-Up Fair Day

EDSOC in partnership with the Student Life Grants will bring to campus ‘Fun, Food, and Friends’, an exciting mini carnival event 🎟🎉! Take some awesome polaroids, enjoy some delicious food, and play fun giant games with friends. Fun 🥳, food 🍿, and friends 📸; even though we’re all here for education - we couldn’t do it without these three. That’s what our USYD Welcome Week Fair is all about celebrating! We’re bringing together all things fun to kick off the semester and create life-long memories.

Join us at the Law Lawns on Eastern Avenue, Thursday the 11th of August (you can’t miss us!). In between classes, anytime from 10am-3pm, come along with your friends and don’t miss this event.
